Two suspects face theft charges after a stolen vehicle was found in Caledon.
Provincial police said a stolen vehicle was identified on Tuesday by a cruiser’s automated licence plate recognition (ALPR) system.
Officers carried out a traffic stop just after 2 p.m. in the Innis Lake Road and Atchison Drive area in Caledon East. Both the driver and passenger were arrested.
A 23-year-old from Brampton and a 21-year-old Caledon resident were charged with possessing property obtained by crime over $5,000.
They’re both scheduled to appear in an Orangeville court on April 24.
