No buses are running to schools in Caledon today, thanks to weather concerns.
The Peel District School Board (PDSB) and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB) both announced this morning that buses to Caledon schools have been cancelled.
According to the public board, buses are cancelled in Zone 3 (Caledon) due to weather conditions.
Schools will remain open for students and staff. Students enrolled in in-person learning are expected to attend school as usual and there will be no switch to remote learning.
The Catholic school board also advised that no buses will be running to Caledon schools “due to forecasted road and weather conditions.”
There will be no transportation to three Orangeville Catholic elementary schools — St. Andrew, St. Peter and St. Benedict — or R.F. Hall Catholic Secondary School in Caledon East. All schools are open.
