The Town is launching a new online application that allows the public to conveniently check the status of their building permits.
“We are excited to introduce this user-friendly application, as part of our ongoing commitment to improving customer service and embracing digital solutions,” said Cindy Hammond, Director of Building Services, Town of Caledon.
“This tool will save time for both residents and our employees, allowing for quicker and more efficient communication about building projects,” she added.
The town explained the app allows applicants to view real-time updates about a permit’s progress without calling staff members. It is also updated every 24 hours.
