Emergency crews were called just before 9 a.m. The driver of one of the four vehicles involved in the collision was transported to a Toronto trauma centre.
The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
Highway 10 is closed in both directions between Beach Grove Sideroad to Highpoint Sideroad.
