Town launches survey on playgrounds

They may not get much use this time of year, but Caledon City Hall is looking for feedback on its playground.

The 2025 Playground Improvement Surveys are available on the Have Your Say Caledon website. Improvements are proposed at seven playgrounds across the town.

“We want to hear from residents on what improvements and play equipment they would like to see in their neighbourhood park,” said Michael Hoy, Manager of Parks and Natural Heritage in a release. “The Town is dedicated to improving community vitality and livability, and by engaging with residents these surveys will help ensure that our playgrounds provide amenities that the community needs and wants.”

The town will develop designs based on the feedback provided s looking to position itself to develop designs for each playground during the first quarter of 2025. The construction phase would kick off in the spring or summer and be repeated the following year until all improvements are completed.
