A Caledon road was closed Thursday morning after a transport truck became stuck, say police.
Ontario Provincial Police say a large truck became stuck on Forks of the Credit Road just before 9 a.m. on June 13, leading to the road closure.
“Do not blindly follow your GPS and ignore multiple signs advising that the road is impassable for trucks,” said OPP in an online post.
In a police photo, a transport truck appears lodged and stopped on a tight corner. In a second photo, a large tow truck can be seen pulling it out.
Police say the truck driver was charged with disobeying a sign.
